We appear to be busier than ever with many new projects coming in: London Borough of Camden, working on one of their Grade 2 Listed buildings in Highgate where we are appointed to act as conservators and design a replacement lead flat roof and copula and octagonal glazed lantern. David Harding, formerly of Harding Bond Property Consultants, has now retired leaving Ronan in full control of Harding Bond and he has now appointed his former graduate building surveyor Aaron Hill as his technical assistant who will be dealing with all matters relating to building surveying but in particular Section 20 works required under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
