The project at Ice House Medical Centre is continuing at pace with first fix mechanical, electrical and sanitaryware well underway with new ceilings expected this week, and then partitions, which mean the surgery is taking shape!
At Harding Bond we have had fun and games negotiating the details of the contract with the banks solicitors who have requested numerous and unreasonable requests from the principal contractor, which we have successfully negotiated out, and with the result of the bank funding the remainder of the doctors surgery.
